It’s no secret that average food portions in America have increased exponentially over the years, but this to-the-point video does an exceptionally good job of illustrating just what 2000 calories looks like. My biggest takeaway is that while I can absolutely see myself tearing through 3 cinnabuns, I can hardly imagine eating 60 carrots. The message: eating 2000 calories of healthy food is much harder than eating 2000 calories
of junk food, therefore making it near impossible to overeat if you’re only eating whole, natural, healthy foods.
